GTX 1080 ti to hot!

My 1070Ti (Palit) with default fan curve barely got to 80. The fans only come on at 60.

The voltage warning. BSOD code. Are the 8 or 6 pin power connectors connected to the video card?
 
With it being small case with your current fan configuration and non blower cooler this is what I think might be happening

The lower of the two front intake fans is fighting against the hot air being towards the right of right of the card, together with the PSU shroud the hot air is just getting bounced around and recirculated.

If you have tried without the side panel on and the Temps & fan RPM's are better I would recommend trying to remove/push back the PSU shroud and disabling the bottom intake case fan and see how it goes.

i will try that but i just tested it without my seconmd monitor it sems the temps are better and dont have any weird things hapeening like black screens with horizontal stripes and some red green blocks. i tried to plug the second monitor in the mother board HDMI but its not picking it up... dont know why
 
Seems very hot to me, I've got a Zotac Amp Extreme 1080ti and the fans rarely even spool up, it does have a ludicrously big cooler mind you and I've got a very large case.
 
I had the EVGA 1080 Ti SC Black Edition and it always ran hot even at idle. My case has plenty of airflow. I sold that and bought a GTX 1080 founders edition and it's a lot cooler at idle and full load? I know it's weird. You would think EVGA would have the better cooling, but it's not.

should i be worried about that or i just live with it? :D
 
My evga black went up to 80 degrees under load. I got better airflow and now it is 72 under load. Idles quite low too. My case doesn't even have great intake. Also for reference my boose clock non oc is 1920-1950ish
Two possible issues
Bad airflow
Or
Bad thermal paste application as the cooler is fine.
If you leave the side of your case off and it still runs at 80+ then it's the thermal paste. If it runs much cooler like mid 70s then it's probably your airflow.
One is free and easy to test.

Also solving your issues with a founders points to bad airflow, sli or tiny cases as they have poor coolers and main benefit is that they do not need good airflow to remove the hot air they produce as it is not dumped into the case.
 
also you are pulling air in through the CPU AIO which will heat up the case, you could do with a bit more exhaust in that case as the GPU will not actively exhaust hot air.
Perhaps try swapping the top fans to push air out of the case.

Hi, Is that a 2 fan length aio radiator where airs coming in thru? If so I'd reverse it.

I have my aio in the roof pushing air up through the radiator and out of the case. You're pushing your radiators hot air on to the gpu.
