Honour 9 lite / P smart / P20 Lite

Thinking about moving from iphone 5s to a new phone. Not really a power user just Email, Browsing, etc. Cant see the point in paying loads to get a new iphone, so been looking at these 3. Was originally looking at a pixel 2 but they look a bit on the higher end.

Looking to buy out right the honour and p smart are coming in at £169, the p20 lite ar £260.

Whats your thoughts and is there much difference between the 9 and smart or am i just over thinking on this.

I have the Honor 9 Lite - I looked at the phones a few months ago and decided to go with the cheapest as they are pretty similar.

Overall - for someone who uses the phone as a phone, takes the odd picture and runs a few non games apps I think it is great.

The downside is the screen is curved at the edges and I have been unable to get a tempered glass protector to stick to it.

I just bought an Honor 9 Lite, got it on sale at CPW for £149 but I see it has gone up now to £169. Superb phone and looks like it costs three times as much although the Honor name is a giveaway. To me it is fast and smooth and excellent screen. I haven't tried the camera yet, but my requirements there are quite basic so it will be fine.
