What PC games are you playing?

Battletech - 8.5/10

The greatest battletech game ever.

Divinity: Original Sin 2 - 9.5/10

A stunning achievement and one of the best PC RPG's of all time.

Witcher 3 determined to finish this game, 40 hours in and still enjoying it.

Destiny 2 not bad early days yet at level 7.

Warhammer 2 total war getting a bit bored of it but have played it to death, needs another big dlc.

I played my first game of CSGO in over a year last night and managed to rank in GN2, so not bad.

Not keen on the new Dust 2 look though

Slay the Spire - deck building, dungeon crawler. The standard game mode is very short - I was just getting into it when it ended. I guess the meat of the gameplay must come from the "daily climbs", but I kinda got bored of it before giving this a shot.

Soma - can't believe I haven't played this yet as loved all previous stuff by Frictional Games (Penumbra, Amnesia..). Not quite as scary as Amnesia, thank god, but way more intriguing story.

Got a wave of Deus Ex nostalgia and thought about giving Manking Divided another shot. Played for about 10 minutes and then uninstalled again. Complete embarrassment to the name. I would just play the original again but honestly the game really really falls off a cliff in terms of quality half way through.

Just bought this on Steam so that does not bode well for it! O well can always refund it if its not for me

Well the reviews are quite positive if you ignore the performance issues. I'm sure it's a solid enough game if given a chance. Just doesn't feel like part of the series to me. GL

If you've played the original Deus Ex then Mankind Divided is setting up the story for that original game. It's a shame it's on hiatus because the third entry in the Jensen trilogy could probably be the best one as all the pieces move into play. It is a bit of a culture shock as there are so few levels but those levels are quite rich in detail. I think it's better than Human Revolution.

I've just started baldur's gate

Never played them before but got them on GoG years ago

Joined the games together and installed all of the fixes last night ready to go.

I really enjoyed it. The exploration is fantastic and the Prague setting is pretty cool. The intro is the dullest part of the game so onwards and upwards from the first 10 minutes...

Skyrim SE with minimal mods, 3440*1440 100fps.

So atmospheric, awesome soundtrack. I'm not sure if it'll ever get old. :)

I pretty much live on Skyrim SE at the moment, around 300 mods at 3440 1440 with an ENB and it looks awesome.

However I cap it at 60fps, anything more than that apparently causes physics issues.

You having any such problems running it at 100fps?

The old game could cause issues with items flying all over the place and objects falling from the sky... but SE version has been fine so far.

I have noticed an intermittent bug with the widescreen fix where it will be juddery on first load, but with a single alt-tab to desktop and back it's as smooth as silk.
