I'm looking at booking tickets for a concert at the K.B Hallen in Copenhagen

http://www.kb-hallen.dk/

However my wife is disabled and can't stand for the duration of the show. I'm trying to find out if they have a special section to accommodate this.

When buying tickets there's no option for standing/seating so that's a no go. I can try emailing them but i feel an idiot trying to email them in English hoping someone can respond. Other option is to type out an email and use google translate and pray but if anyone here can help it's be great.

Annoyingly Google doesn't offer to translate their website either.

Ok excellent. We have a Swedish office and they speak English excellently so i'm sure it's similar.

Good call on using danish for Hello/Thanks to be polite though :)

The whole of the continent speaks pretty much perfect English, it's a little embarrassing when I've been visiting festivals this year to be honest. So much so I'm trying to learn some basic Dutch to seem a little less ignorant!

Working for a Danish company, I can assure you that unless they're operating under a rock, they'll understand you. They might even surprise you with a very well written response!
