Auf Wiedersehen Mercedes, Kon'nichiwa replacement car

I'd definitely have another Lexus. Before I ordered my Disco Sport I looked at the RX but just fancied something different. I'm sure I'll be back one day...
One of the best things about the way Lexus models are sold is that you have very few optional specs - they all tend to be very well specified.

Aren't 3 of the top 10 most reliable car models in the UK Lexus?

The hybrid power train doesn't really do much at motorway speeds, it's much more effective for town driving. My wife has a RX450h and whether it's sat on the motorway or town driving it seems to average 33mpg. I know modern diesels are probably as good, but it's still fairly admirable for a 2.5 ton, 3.5litre 4x4.

And you don't have to put up with the noise and vibration from a diesel.
 
Just hooked up My Mercedes Command (E300 2015) to my phone via bluetooth and wow ! Its like using a 486 sx25 with 1 meg and a dial-up modem ! Main merc website took 10 mins to half load then stops and other sites are worse ! Maybe im doing something wrong but i doubt it , its in for a service tomorrow at main dealer so will take the p out of them then haha.
 
Nearly bought myself one of these recently. Beautiful car all things considered. The went up in price by at least a few grand about 6months ago, seem to be holding value quite well.

I must admit, I was wondering myself why someone had bumped my thread.

Must say, I'm still enjoying my Lexus. PCP runs out in 5 months and I'm considering paying it off and keeping the car. I haven't seen a car which provides the same level of economy and performance,
 
ha, sorry bout that, its got Mercedes in the title and thats what i searched for lol, also i was having a moan at them for having a crap stereo, next time i need to try out a few makes first but was in a rush to get back on the road.
