Actually there has been plenty of research and development in applying ML to feed into price ratcheting and other such instruments based on customer sentiment.

I agree it's unlikely, but it is more than possible and it an interesting field.
 
There's a massive gulf between the specs of the 2080ti and the 2080. I've got a feeling there will be a card in-between these 2 further down the line, like a 2080 GTR or something similar.
