Moving the mouse around in say Titanfall 2 where the blending of frames just make it silky. Even leaves and animations benefit from it.When is it you can see the difference with it in? Kinda want to give it a try myself like I'm missing out now but I chose 144hz over freesync. Also couldn't go without that so any new monitor needs to have both.
In fairness, the OP should get the Asus PG348Q, a 2080Ti (or 2 of them) and live happily ever after. But then again, I could just be being silly![]()
I'm in a similar boat, i have a freesync Monitor and now time to decide on card - Evga 1080TI or Vega 64. reading these comments makes me thing the 64 would be worth it?
Haha keep up, it’s 2018Nvidia card for better drivers
Given the choice between 1080ti and no adaptive sync and Vega with adaptive sync, it'd be Vega all day long.
If you have a Freesync monitor then Vega 64.Is the differance that great to go for the 64 over the 1080ti? it would save me £200 too if true.
The monitor is 1440 is thats any differance?
The Powercolor may have better cooling performance.Gigabyte Vega 64 down to £439... seems like a good deal. Anyone recomend this?

The monitor will be 2560x1440, 144Hz, is thats any differance?
The main advantage of the Gigabyte card is the extra year of warranty and the UK RMA centre, and the extra tenner.
Do you have the monitor already?
