I purchased Team Group Elite 32GB (2x16GB) DDR4 PC4-19200C16 2400MHz Dual Channel Kit - Black (TPKD432G2400HC16D) from the MM, I have it installed and it is being recognized fine but my motherboard Z270 PC Mate says no xmp support

Will this cause any issues

If your on the latest bios and no XMP and the memory is detected correctly, being 2400mhz then i would stress test the system with realbench or some other memory test and if all ok then your good to go.
but if you memory is detected as 2133 ect as in default with 1.2v then you will need to manually set in the settings and bump ddr voltage manually to 1.35v then re stress. ;)

The sticks are probably rated at JEDEC 2400 so there's no need for an XMP profile if running stock timings. Just be sure to check that memory frequency is correctly detected. If not, then select the 2400 ratio.
