Fiesta Ecoboost 4th year service

Did you own the car at two years old? Using Ford Etis I don't think they do anything different at 4 years to two. Pollen filter, oil filter and oil plus a brake fluid change if I remember correctly. I have just paid £220 for the 2nd service on an ST.

What's the difference between your service and the fixed price motorcraft major service quoted online? (Iirc it's about £230) I've never paid anywhere near your price for Ford to service our fiesta

Edit just had a look seems they've changed it and that will only offer a basic service now, however the site quoted our 6 year (which I'm sure includes brake fluid) as £275 - still a lump lower than you are seeing

I think changing the brake fluid is every two years. However, at 6 years isn't the air filter and spark plugs also included? Certainly, makes the service price of £300 (I am guessing circa that with the MOT test fee removed) is high.

Motocraft no longer do a major service, it's just a "motorcraft service" for £149. Spark plugs are extra, as is either the pollen filter or air filter (either one or the other is done, not both without extra charge)

I was using the Ford service booking site. It wasn't motorcraft, I'll have a look for that now.

The service itself is just about 300 then with the MOT that takes it up to 350ish.
