The Orange Micro Terror Amp has caught my eye. I see it can be used with a cab but can it also be used speakerless with headphones only?

Anyone used one?

It totally depends on your expectation and what you want it for. Don't get me wrong, I haven't used one but in my experience if it's just for making a guitar sound that you can hear in headphones, go for it; if you want something that actually has some tone to it and is fun to play, you might find going down the digital route more rewarding for the sound levels you are after. I use a Yamaha THR10 for headphone practice and, although it's still digital, it makes for a much more enjoyable practice tone at low levels/ headphone level.

I have a micro terror. It's a novelty rather than a serious amplifier.

The only decent sound I can get through headphones is to use an audio interface with a Hi-Z input into my PC, and Amplitube.

Amplitude looks interesting too. Only concern is costs for upgrades etc.

I have a Marshall practice amp, a couple of pedals but looking for something I can just use with headphones with less size on the shelf. Would be used with a 30yo Japanese Fender strat which has more treble than the US ones. Metal/rick etc.
