Is the UK a nation of perverts? I'm quite shocked at this figure but I suppose out of 60 million it's still relatively low. Still the numbers are staggering.

The thoughts and urges whilst a problem are not illegal(afaik) and help should be offered to them without fear of persecution.

If they've actually acted on those urges in any way then I personally don't know what to suggest.
