I sent them CCTV footage of one of the drivers throwing a package over my side gate where it stayed in the rain for 48 hours (fortunately, it was well wrapped) and they couldn't have cared less.

Has happened to me a few times. With deliveries and with pickups....

Royal mail was one recently, I was literally sat by my door whole day on my pc.... not a single knock. Then discovered a card on the floor that had been slid through letterbox when I went to go check at one point.
