Gigabyte RTX 2080 Ti - x8 slot vs x16

My RTX 2080 Ti is in the x8 slot, not the x16 because the latter is blocked by my Nofan CPU cooler. How much performance am I losing?

There is a new updateted test at techpowerup I believe. It is actually about 3%.

how's the cooling performance on those nofan coolers? I was thinking of getting one for a new build.

You've just made me check! My CPU idles at 50. I'm going to have to reapply the TIM because that's too high. It should be idling at 30 or less.
