Most humans can't. Unless you're arguing that being able to run a marathon in under 3 hours is part of the definition of "human", which would be an interestingly unusual definition.

Find some hobbies/interests and meet people that way, join a group or groups related to the thing(s) you're interested in.

toastmasters or beginner acting classes might help if you're not comfortable speaking in public or to strangers etc..
