I'm just spitballing here but what if it was two people, initially of the same sex, one of whom has subsequently "transitioned"?
I guess it's all moot now, Civil Partnerships for everyone.

Looking at her I think I too would draw the line at marrying her, in fact living over the brush with her would be challenging, but I am sure she has a beautiful personality

That would be covered by this ruling as the transitioned person would be legally of the opposite sex. Probably. It may also cover people of the same sex if one identifies as the opposite, provided the law enables them to legally switch to their chosen sex. I don’t know any more.

The word they should have used is surely "heterosexual", but it's almost as if it's now taboo to promote or talk about any sort of heterosex.
What on earth is mixedsex I don't know what the heck.
Heck they are even trying to change the definition of "sex" when I was young it meant sexual intercourse, and now they are trying to change it so even masturbation counts as sex lol.
that's what most marriages are!

I'm 47, 'sex' has always meant gender as well as sexual activity.
Do you think nothing, for instance, lesbians do together can aptly be called sex?
