Freezing/hanging under heavy load.

I'm getting freezing/hanging issues when loading games, this causes the PC to be unresponsive. I also get the issues during gameplay in a heavy gunfight on Counter-Strike Global Offensive.

Please help, my system specs are below :-

MSI Z370- A PRO
Bios 2.70 / Date 8/3/18

Memory ;-
G Skill 16gb, Dual 1600 RAM Frequency, 1:24 FSB, 16 clocks CAS, 18 Clocks, 18 Clkocks, 38 Clocks, 560 Clocks, 2T.

CPU ;-

I5 8400 Coffee lake

Graphics card ;-
MSI Geforce GTX 1070 TI.

PSU :-

Corsair TXM 750 PSU

I have latest drivers....

I know the problem, its an Intel lol :D.

Kidding aside, are you overclocking at all ? if so try everything at stock settings, especially the RAM, I find freezing is normally related to RAM, BSOD's and crashes related to CPU.

Also, are you on the latest bios ? seems like an old date for the bios, before flashing, also load bios defaults first, then save and exit, and then flash, you don't want to be flashing bioses with these problems with XMP enabled, overclocks applied etc

Haha ok

And no not overclocking unless you consider xmp profile to be overclocking?

And yes I'm on latest bios
