Just received one of the "new" scam emails

Been getting these emails for the past 2 weeks now. All but one says my password is a random 36 digit password, looks more like they pulled the password from an encrypted leaked database. Although, I'll give them credit where it is due, they spoofed my address, making it look like I had sent it to myself.
 
"Through your email, I uploaded malicious code to your Operation System".

Serious bother here fella. He has interfered with the operation system so you are finished :D
 
We get loads of these at work, it makes me laugh, especially the ones claiming to be HMRC, a quick call to our domain abuse team and another scam domain goes *poof*.

My favourites are the ones claiming to be from our email provider telling us that unless we log into the email system via their 'interface', our email account will be closed in 24 hours. Since we ARE our email provider (yes, big multinational hosting service with email issues half the time) we get a kick out of those.

This is a malware campaign called Trickbot, I track the different attempts at UK businesses with a twitter account 'trickbottracker' if you're interested
 
I had one recently, sent from myself apparently.
