Donna Francis, 38 of Essex who is accused of killing Kelly Mayhew, 34 who had silicone injections in her buttocks in New York should be deported to the United States, a judge has said.

Ms Francis who fled the USA to the UK the day after the "operation" is wanted in the USA and could face charges over criminally negligent homicide and could also be charged with unauthorised practise of a profession.

Ms Francis has been fighting extradition, saying it breached her right to a family life and she faces inhumane conditions and torture in the USA. (LINK)
What on Earth possesses anyone to have silicone injected into her buttocks?
Injecting silicone into someone's buttocks is now a "profession"?

I really don't see the point in any enlargement surgery. Fake bits don't look right or leaves scars behind. I personally find it extremely unattractive when a woman has blown up lips like she's been stung in the lips by some flying creature.

I think if anything it is less acceptable for men to be overweight and have a beer-gut these days compared to before, whereas there is an encouragement to become more accepting of 'curvy' women. Being a gym Bruh and being cut certainly appears to be fashionable for the younger generation of adults to me.

It looks from a recent high court judgement that using the "right to a family life" is thankfully no longer an excuse to avoid deportation and probably extradition. I can't find time to search for the link but it was in one of this morning's UK papers, reference some Nigerians.

Then the prosecution can make their case here, we all knew that extradition would lead to this ****, we have an equally appropriate legal system by which to convict her.

Below is the woman they want to extradite - that saying about never trusting a skinny baker comes to mind:

The Alleged offense was committed in America against an American victim

Why on earth should the UK be responsible for prosecuting/punishing somebody for committing a crime against an American, In America??

Because she's a British citizen, do you care nothing for your precious sovereignty? What next? Extradition for stealing some oreos from a corner shop in Boston?

You're not making much sense there, the offence took place in the US and where this individual was present, this isn't one of those grey areas with some internet or financial crime where the wanted individual committed the offence from the UK.
