1st Gaming Pc Build

Hi everyone,
Planning on building my first gaming pc in the next couple of months.
Ive done some research and made a list of all of the parts. However since Im new to all of this I thought it'd be good to ask on this forum to see if anyone could suggest changes towards this build or just advice when first building a gaming pc.

Here is the part list that I've made:

CPU - Ryzen 5 2600x
CPU Cooler - Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO
MB - ASRock - X470 Master SLI/AC ATX AM4
Memory - Corsair - Vengeance LPX 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-3000 Memory
Storage - Seagate - Barracuda 2TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
- Samsung - 860 Evo 500GB 2.5" Solid State Drive
GPU - Gigabyte - GeForce GTX 1080 Ti 11GB OC BLACK Video Card
Case - NZXT - S340 (Black) ATX Mid Tower Case
PSU - EVGA - SuperNOVA G3 550W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply

Also contemplating water cooling but seems very difficult, so any help towards that would be great!
Any recommendations or advice would be appreciated.

whats your max budget ? also, do you have a screen/ need a screen and if so, whats that budget ?
