Indeed, one thing I failed to realise is Jen's lack of integrity and only finding out recently Tracy is a Psych major. I'm far from the sharpest tool and l must admit I have an affliction towards shallow girls, the fact that they can be easily influenced has ultimately cost me this time.

It is hilarious that one of your main take aways is that Tracy - who doesn't exist by the way - has a degree in Psychology. You don't seem fazed by being regularly rejected, or putting someone in a position where they have to regularly reject you, and there are some head-scratching moments where you are drawing someone's mother into the whole thing which I enjoy on some 'look what you made me do' level.

The short version is that you sound awful. Your narrative is terrible, your leads - who don't exist so work on that, please - are weak at best and rote at worst, could really do with padding out. Your calls to misc.txt get the roar crowd going but they're not even subtle. I think you have something here, don't get me wrong: reddit shows us that made up non-dramas have an audience but you need something to spit and polish and right now you're spitting on a turd.

I'd give this a considered 3 out of 10.

I'm not angry, I'm disappointed.

Are we still playing at creative writing? In that case, yes I'm married and yes I go on dates with girls.

In real life, I'm married, don't go on dates with girls, and I try and raise two girls to avoid people like you (noting that your story is made up and none of these events happened).

Nothing criminal about being a sexual predator although the tabloids have blurred the lines with sex offender recently.

I'm not waving the moral flag nor am I improving my screenwriting talents despite what some are saying, I just enjoy writing. :)

Well, your writing is worse than mine - and mine is awful by the way, that is not a joke - but I get that you're not waving a 'moral flag' (how on earth anyone would think you are doing this is preposterous but anyhoo) so all good.

Hey, some people like being the prey. ;) You seem to only cater for a certain type and you have two daughters which is cool, just know that the world is filled with many different types of people; different needs, desires and vices.

I said I enjoy writing, never said I was any good and certainly not as good as you. :D

This has piqued my curiousity and the duck provides no answers - what does calling misc.txt mean in this context?

Irrelevantly, but perhaps interestingly, it is possible to literally polish a turd although it does depend on the animal the turd came from.

Misc. is a sub-forum on Bodybuilding.com which has over the years morphed from an outright and unapologetic 'be alpha, bang babes' (typical posting style = Roar87*) kind of forum to something which knowingly pokes fun at itself (typical posting style = Ayahuasca*). It still has a huge number of posters who unironically hang onto the past so misc.txt is, I suppose, an insult and suggests the person its referring to is ... let's say behind the times.


* I know you're a details kind of guy so I should point out that I don't know if either of these posters actually posts on Misc. The intent was to show a style rather than membership.

I wasn't giving relationship advice. I was advising how to not sound obsessive and or rapey.

If it works for you then more power to you. Come back to me when you've managed to keep the same woman happy for ten years and then we can talk about relationship advice.
