Is it still possible for the win 10 search bar to use google?

I’ve installed Chrome
Installed Chrometana

The search bar in win 10 still uses ‘bing’

I’ve heard MS may have removed the ability to disable ‘bing’.

If you mean in Edge, yes you can set it too Google instead of Bing, but through the address bar.

First you need to visit www.google.com within Microsoft edge, stay on that page, then goto settings - view advanced settings - change search engine and select google as the default.
