So i bought a 2600x for £153
and 32gb 3000mhz DDR4 ram for £199.

What's a good motherboard to get the full use out the 2600x? I'm leaning on any B450 motherboard, will it do?

What's this precision boost about, do I really need a x470 to get it? is it worth it?

Not that I am aware of. The Gigabyte posted above will be more than fine for an R5 2600X if it fits your budget.
