Best CPU Cooler for me? (Crappy picture of setup)

I built this system not long back, I got a good deal on the board cpu and cooler, however the cooler seems to be a low profile one better designed for smaller builds?

Was wondering what the best cooler would be sticking to the RBG theme, been looking at the Gigabyte ATC700 AORUS but not sure if it would fit with the RAM?

CPU = Ryzen 5 1600x

As such there are a lot of CPU coolers are available, but I would recommend you the best one by price.
First one is Cooler Master Hyper 212 which has a 600-1600 RPM fan speed and have a low price, and the other one which is high in price is Thermaltake WATER 3.0 Dual Riing RGB it has a fan speed of 1000-2000 RPM. So, these are the best one available online you can go with any one of them acc. to your convenience.

Yeah think I'm gonna go with this one as it looks much better and more room for my ram

Arctic Freezer 13 is a great alternative to the 212. Works just as well and cheaper.
