On the road....
Yup, as the title alludes to, what crops up in your day to day existence that leaves you drawing a blank?

My starter for 10 (minus 20 more like!) I keep getting social media adverts for Rolls Royce appearing in my feed(s) now, were I an affluent type with more money than I had an idea as to how to spend it, fair enough, in reality though, I’m about as able to acquire a Roller as I’m likely to build the next Death Star....

I always thought your social media advertisement feed was derived from what you browse etc etc so why on earth am I getting Rolls Royce marketing?

‘‘tis hurting my head, so I’d like to know what’s hurting yours..... :D

I was driving into a town centre car park last week, indicating right and giving way to pedestrians who were crossing the mouth of the car park entrance when one of them said quite sternly "this is no entry!". It was the only entrance to the car park and all the road signs and markings made it quite obviously a valid route. I ignored the advice with a smile and a wave but I was scratching my head for a while afterwards.

The patently absurd " it's better to give than receive " mantra rolls ever on in my family during the christ... ooops sorry, winter period.

My heart swells with glad tidings and benevolence when I remember last year receiving a £15
set of man toiletries from the beloved film loving family member who I gifted a £150 cinema ticket voucher.

Lorry drivers riding my arse on the motorway when there's a queue to exit off the slip road.

Actually that doesn't baffle me, because most truckers are a bit thick and don't realise how dangerous tailgating is.

Talking about how bad The Meg movie was at work today and someone mentioned Sharknado. Led to some googling and discovering that the sharknado series is the best selling movie franchise of all time at $4.5 billion as of last year.

Additionally the director of sharknado 5 made more money than Gal Gadot did for starring in wonder woman.

Definitely left a lot of us in the office baffled.

Stop pretending. I know you're an Eminem fan and he did a track with Ed Sheeran FFS. :/

Everyone already knows Eminem does crappy pop songs like that though, plus Ed Sheeran is one of the biggest stars in the world. Olly Murs is just... some bloke off XFactor. I'm just surprised Snoop has even heard of him, considering he's pretty much unheard of in the US.

Getting a PCN for not having a valid Pay and Display ticket. Even though i had brought one and it was clearly on show on my dashboard !!

You should have bought one instead. Bringing one from elsewhere tends not to work.

From my side an epic one today where a guy tried to jump a queue at a roundabout by going in the wrong lane and trying to cut in. I didn't budge and he ended up destroying his front driverside wheel on a traffic island. Enjoy your Christmas jackass.

Staff at our school are not so good with change so we're nice and email them step by step instructions on how to login to new systems. People phone and say it's not working.

"Have you done step one on the emailed instructions?"

"No, I've been putting in my normal login details."

"Step one tells you the details you need to put in..."

"Oh yeah! Thanks!"

That's on you my friend, should set a gift budget limit. I'd be annoyed if a family member spent £150 on me only expecting the same in return, I couldn't afford that and would make me feel bad.

What got me today was someone moaning about tourists when they chose to live next to a tourist attraction  kinda part of the deal.
