Im going for an AMD build, and im not planning on gaming too much on here so i dont expect any major graphics card.

But im not sure what to go for, whether its the RX 570 or 580 or 590 or maybe spend a bit more and for the vega 56.

My monitor will be a 1920x1080 samsung with a 144hz display, so the graphics card will need to essentially adere to that.

would be nice if i can watch some 4k content on youtube or 4k movies, but it seems pointless if my monitor is only 1080p right?

Also, if i do intend on gaming (which will only be something like pubg, nothing major or triple A) ideally id want at least 1080p @60fps if not higher fps, and im not sure which graphics card is capable if achieving that relatively easily

I daresay any of those cards will be able to push 1080P @ 60Hz.

Obviously the 56 will give the best performance.

So just down to your preference really.

Well thats good, can they go any higher than that? 100fps would be nice if they're capable but im not sure

If you're prepared to put a bit of time in to tune it for optimum performance, you really can't go wrong with the Vega 56 at its current price. Personally I'd push for the extra money for the 56 over the others for a bit more longevity in your purchase.

But its pretty much double the price of the 570, and that seems a bit pointless to me when I wont even be gaming that much

So why did you include the possibility of going Vega 56 in your thought process then :p

Tell you what, why don't you go onto Anandtech's GPU bench list and do a comparison of each card and see what performance you'd get for the games you do play, then buy the one that's acceptable to you.

What I mean is your original unedited post stated it was a 60Hz monitor, you've now edited it to say 144Hz and you're querying why I mentioned 60Hz?

Yeh, I'm out and you're on ignore.

No i didnt? I edited to add in the last line... Stop making things up

i wanted to hear opinions about it, if the 570 was considered absolute garbage then I obviously wouldnt get it and id have to spend a bit more, but seeing as its going to do what I need it to do then it'll probably be fine :)
