Mate over the road has just tinted a F type R in a nice metalic dark red - What a car - this is first time I have ever been close to one and it is impressive - quite wide as well and the sound :eek::eek: - had that little back fire when revs were dropping off from a blip - All looked nice till I sat in it - I am afraid that dark enclosed cars are not for me - cream leather would have made it - Also my mate had to grab me under the arm pits and lift me out - trouble with getting old and stiff. - I didn't have anymore time to look further but I bet I missed a lot. - Never even looked at the engine.
His next job on it will be to wrap the roof in carbon fiber next spring.

Nice car.

I'm the opposite - light interiors don't really do it for me (the odd exception on some vintage cars aside).

I wanted dark interior, prefer it that way and much better for residuals. :)
Mine has blue stitch, suede and carbon interior packages.
Mine has a carbon roof from factory. :)

Excellent car, picking what comes next is very difficult!

100% same for me as well.
No idea why but I prefer to feel "wrapped" in the car as opposed to feeling like its all airy around me.

Its certainly a personal thing

Type of car also influences this though. IMO a sports car should be as small as possible (considering the power etc) and I would expect a different environment to a large SUV.

Here is SVR interior, a step above the R interior wise again, nicer leather, suede parts and carbon fibre if optioned.

I don't like leather at all for seats, I don't know why people think it's good for sitting on. Good quality cloth or suede/alcantara is much more comfortable and isn't sweaty in summer. It wears better too :/
