Only just found this out, though she passed away a few days ago.

One of the mainstays of British sitcom for a time. Popped up in Carry On films, tv shows, Benny Hill. Excellent comic timing.

Great comic actress, who chose to stay the support for many greats in British comedy.

Sad news to hear about June Whitfield, she was pretty much a mainstay on TV when I was a kid. She definitely had a good innings though.

Sister Wendy Beckett passed away too, on Boxing Day. Another sad loss.

RIP. It’s sad to hear she’s passed away but she was still acting into her late 80s. That’s pretty good going.
