Hi folks,

I've done some mods to my case and removed the drive bays as I don't use them and significantly impede airflow. I'm in the process of converting my GPUs to AIO coolers but the pipes are too short to mount the radiators on the front intake, but only just. Does anyone make a fan spacer that I could put inbetween the rad and the fan?

Ta muchly!

Have a look for fan shrouds. Ocuk do a 3x140mm one but I'm sure you'll be able to find the right size.

Either that or do as above. Just get longer screws and shove some washers in there. Could potentially affect performance though depending on how you do it.

Might want to edit out that link, will probably be classed as a competitor.

Google seems to suggest you'll need a 6-32 thread size. If you're going through a standard 25mm fan and a 25mm shroud, then you'll probably want about 55m length to make it through both and then in to the rad without puncturing it, maybe a bit longer. But don't quote me on that one! :p

Was going to suggest this too :)
Or even buy cheap fans and do the same, the prices on those shrouds from there are extortionate

Just buy a small bit of MDF or acrylic and use a hole saw to put the fan space in x 3 for me... or cut a rectangle and mount on the front of the rad not fans.

FYI I don’t think they make #6/32 screws in many lengths so you might struggle to find long ones easily.
