Tablet, never had one, but spec me one ?

Currently toying with the idea of getting a tablet (android)

Is it possible to get a decent one for around £50 ? I know 2nd hand will be the way to go, dont mind Chinese ones, as I have a note 4 phone

Won't be used very much at all

All I want to do is

WiFi connection
Chrome browser (browsing internet)
YouTube I think I'd use
Clash of clans
Clash royal

That's probably all
 
For that price I'd suggest a Fire HD 8. I've got one and it should suffice for light use plus those particular games. You can sideload Google apps to get Google play store etc.

There's a thread below this one reporting WiFi issues but I've never had a single issue with losing connection .
 
if you want bigger for that price you will be looking used, samsung tab 2/3 and acer of some kind comes to mind along with archos, you could even buy an android laptop
 
Hmmm very confusing
I thought S2 where old , yet they are like £300 in the shops

Can you show me some examples? As there seems be be a lot of different ones
 
Yeh, the Samsung's seem to hold their value quite well. I recently sold my Tab S 8.4 (3 years old) for over a hundred pounds. I got a Huawei M5 tablet for Christmas and I can't recommend it enough if your budget will stretch a bit. They have a Lite version for less too. Failing that browse some of the Chinese sites and Google for reviews. I've seen YT channels around that specialise in them.
