Good Morning

I have been asked to spec a full build (Including Monitor, Mouse, keyboard and windows) for a Studio mixing Build

Its primary use will be within a home studio mixing music to be then ported to a mobile sound station. I haven't been given much in detail only a budget for £600 to £1000 and that he will be using Cubase and Fruity Loops

As normal guys your advice and builds would be greatly appreciated

saves £15 quid for PSU

also, will they be using any Thunderbolt products with the computer ?

VST instruments and need low latency, so Intel will have the edge

intel has onboard iGPU so saves a little cash and output Visual power isnt really needed

2600x does well against i5 8/9600 but 9700/8700 does pull ahead of ryzen 8 cores- specially if you overclock the thing.

Was gonna pick that psu, I didn't realise it was Semi Modular it should be better labeled. For dummies like me.

bequiet upping their game a bit , advantage over seasonic is they repair their own rather then outsource to a company in Germany to repair.

if OP can push Aorus z390 then that would be better as better onboard audio :)
