Connect bluetooth mouse to Windows 10

Hi all.

I am trying to connect a bluetooth mouse to Windows 10. When I click 'add bluetooth or other device' either nothing happens or I get a windows where I can add a new device and it searches forever without finding the device that is in pairing mode.

How do I get the device to appear in the pairing mode window?

The mouse is a Tecknet BM308.

Yes the mouse is in pairing mode as the LED light is flashing to indicate this.

It says it's the latest driver installed.

I have installed the latest software available from the Tecknet website.

The mouse connects and works perfectly first time in MacOS so it must be something with Windows.

Have you enabled Bluetooth in the BIOS?

I've noticed some MoBo's the have Bluetooth built in are useless i.e. Asus.
I had to buy a Bluetooth Dongle to get BT working on Win10.

It's a MacBook Pro, it doesn't really have a BIOS!
