Return never collected, over 2 years. Now say they want to collect?

Go back and say they can have the return after they pay you for storage of the item for 2 years.

Make it so expensive they give it up for a bad job :D

Ebay or Cex. Problem solved.

Music Magpie gave me a better rate than CEX last time I traded in a phone :-)

Forget eBay. Sell a phone on there and you can kiss goodbye to your phone and the money as they'll claim it's faulty and send a duff unit back to you. Even though you've recorded serial numbers and all that. Obv you don't issue a refund but they'll still start a PayPal charge-back and you're basically screwed.

My Mrs is wanting a new phone and I was looking at the S9. I'll save you the hassle of dealing with money and you can just send it to me for free:D.

This is like btnet and vodafone for me!! I have 6, yes 6!!! Cisco 2900 Series Routers that BT keep sending me and never picking up. When I spend hours on the phone (literally) asking why they keep sending me more routers I seem to have another one turn up, its like they are playing some kind of router game with me. I don't need or want them, I mean, I actively use 4 of these so why do I need another 6 sitting there? These have now been sitting in my comms room for more than a year! Vodafone sent me 14 galaxy S9's instead of 4 and picked up 7 leaving me 3, and yes I tried to give the courier the extra ones but apparently he only wanted to pick up 7? ... After more calls than I can count, I still have 3 galaxy s9 phones sealed and boxed in my comms room. What is it with companies refusing to pick stuff up or not making arrangements? I have begged Voda and BT to sort this out but still nothing.

I've had this before - changing package and I phoned up to ask if they would want the old modem back as it stated such in the terms and conditions - cue a few days later a new modem turning up in the post (already had the new package setup and provisioned some weeks before so wasn't related to that).

Say sorry you were confused, you were thinking of an LG monitor you had some years before. Say the monitor in question was picked up over a year ago, say it was around <month> time, no you don't have a more specific date, it was over a year ago, and no you don't have any tracking number, it was over a year ago.

Drone can put in their system that it was returned, flag it as lost in transit, and everyone can move on with their lives.
