Rockit99 make my CPUs 7940x's chip break, i don't know what is this chip and where i can find and fix it? Please help me, and sorry for my poor English.

oops. i don't think that can be fixed, unfortunately.

There was a similar post on reddit recently about this.

Iirc the chip is an rfid thing for intel to assess the cpu and the resistors are possibly non essential. Source buildzoid via reddit.

I could be wrong so wait for someone else to confirm or refute that, but all is not lost.

if it was me, i would try a solder glue pen, you can buy syringes with it in, has to be worth a shot.

really good idea I will buy one, thanks I will try it. But now I have no idea I am stuck with q code bd, boohoo. So I think I will take everything out of pc and do big cleaning then put them back in the case and see if it works.
