Hey Everyone,

For most of you that know me I have worked at OCUK in the technical support department helping customers where I can nye on for the last 10 years. During this time I have looked after a lot of things from returns, tech support, reviews, Facebook, Trust Pilot, the forum and much more.

Recently I was approached and offered a new role in the company which I have subsequently accepted so within the next month or so I will be making the transition into a different department.

Just so you are aware when I move into the new department I will no longer be providing support on the forums anymore but it no way means I won’t be present still speaking to people, I will still be here at OCUK and active so if I do have the time I can jump in and do my all as normal.

I would like to thank everyone over the years who I have worked with in the technical department and all the customers I have helped throughout the role here.

All the best to everyone

Best Regards

Bailey

I know I've dealt with you a few times over the years with RMAs, thanks for making sure OCUK kept its high degree of customer service. Who's taking your place?

Thanks for making things run smoothly on the very rare occasion I've had to query or return something. All the best in your new role.

Congrats and good luck with the new position. You will be sorely missed on here as you have helped so many of us over the years. I hope you are being replaced by someone as helpful as yourself.

Whoever replaces you as the go-to man for customer support issues, they have some mighty big shoes to fill!
You earned a hell of a reputation for going the extra mile.

All the best Bailey, helped me out when I broke the fan on a noisy 970 and that service was genuinely the reason why I kept coming back!

Best of luck

Like a few others said on here, you Bailey have dealt with 1 or 2 of my RMAs as well via the forum's Technical Support section. So thanking you, and wishing you all the best in your move. I hope it means a raise for you too :-)
