Thread subject aside this is actually my new pet peeve when walking around London. People with their hood up indoors, or when not necessary in the street. They're so oblivious of their surroundings they'll step in your way, not realise you're trying to overtake etc. It completely does my nut. Do an art installation on that, Lammy.I have a general distrust of anyone with their hood up when not really necessary.
I have to admit I regularly have my hood up when wearing my hoodies in my down time. It's got a lot to do with my bald head and crap immune system and not wanting to get ill all the time. I can see why it might preturb others but not worth judging people on imo.

I don't see the problem with having a hood up. Especially in the winter months. I have barely any hair on my head so I will often have my hood up if I'm outside and if I haven't got a hat. If someone feels threatened by that, that's on them, I can't help how they feel.
Currently sat in work with a lavender hoody on. I don't think many would be intimidated by me today.
Dress like an adult and you won't get treated like a thug.
See, in the winter it makes perfect sense. What is odd is when people do it in the summer or - one i'm seeing more commonly, when driving! WTF is that about?
