Which one?Bloody Sunday is being widely covered in the news right now.
There have been several "Bloody Sunday"s since 1940...
^ And that was my point. They're happening so much more often that even people who have some experience of this sort of thing no longer find them as horrific and disturbing as they once did. Everyone just goes, "Another thirty schoolchildren gunned down in America? Meh... Must be Tuesday, then".I wouldnt disagree there's been an increase in mass murder attacks. I just pointed out random killings aren't new. I still remember sitting watching coverage or Columbine, and now it seems almost routine.
Probably a fair degree of those, at least, but compounded by other factors.Do you believe it's media influenced? Social isolation?
Less so, given that people can still go killing even with tightly regulated gun laws and the like.Ready availability of military grade assault weapons? Too much call of duty?
