She lied and is doubling down in lies and yes a lot of people would lose their jobs after getting a 12 week sentence for lying under oath.

But then again labour leader is a professional lier.

Yeah that's a good point, she does have a position of power, my issue is mainly Sky News mentioning her salary to deliberately rile people who are envious.
 
Can't even be trusted to tell the truth about a speeding fine, it sums up politicians today they just do whatever is best for their own careers. At least she was a remainer so the media won't tie it into Brexit somehow.

Well she's quite clearly a moron. As in why lie about a speeding ticket when you are being paid £80K a year by the public?

Take the 3 points and the fine and get on with it. It's not as if she can't afford the fine on that salary.

All she has proven is she is a moron and therefore quite rightly doesn't deserve to be an MP any more.

Plus she is no longer a Labour MP therefore people didn't vote for her as an indy either.

If sky are using her salary as the basis for her dismissal then so be it. She made her bed now she has to lie in it.

It’s about being dishonest, if you are a solicitor and is convicted a crime of dishonesty you are very likely to be disbarred, like fined for not having a TV licence.

Principles is valued, won’t you agree?

Yeah, I just think the main reason people want her to lose her job is because she earns £77k, I do agree that she's not fit to be an MP though.

A jury of her peers heard her side of the story though, and they decided she was guilty. She should resign, she's an absolute disgrace of an MP and even more so as a so called 'legal professional'.
 
Any MP sent to prison for something should be remove immediately really. How can they possibly do their job in prison?

There is no "my side of the story" for something like this. She lied to avoid a speeding fine and went to prison for it. The end.

Why would anyone believe a word she says now?
