The Division 2 - March 2019

The holstered talent on the chatterbox is worth it notebook than the actual gun, solid just to have equipped for other weapons.

Are you combining those stats with strained and berzerk? It is obscene damage when they both proc

Can't remember other talents/attributes off the top of my head. I'm pretty sure I have the one where you get multiples of 2% damage on enemy kill for every 10k armour you have and I have 182k armour so the buff is pretty mental.

Will double check what the talent names are later on when I finish work :o

EDIT: the one I am on about is Unstoppable Force so I get a rough 36% extra weapon damage which seems to equate to about 20k on proc which makes sense as that's what the UMP.45 hits for and more so on Elites.

Just logged in and out again as there is server restart coming, this is from twitter for the reason.

Heads up, Agents! We're performing a quick server restart in 45 minutes. Expected downtime is approximately 30 minutes. The server restart will fix occasional server crashes. Thanks for your patience!

do they still drop on lower level but just not 100%? or is it 0%?

Nah it’s a world tier 4 thing, more are locked behind wt5 also.

Ah nice. I switch betweeen unstoppable force and berzerk. Sounds like a good build

You on discord btw? Bunch of folk play each day, starting to group more etc. Link in sig

What's the most effective way to deal with those massively armoured dudes when taking objectives? I have a level 6 SDV rifle which is effective against most enemy grunts but hardly makes a dent in the big armoured dudes armour.

Cover + lmg for me. Also burn them, blow them up, use cooldowns, focus fire if in group.

Are these the ones where you need to find their weak point, like the mission where you need to shoot the belt of the armoured mob?

The ones where you take over a hostile control point. Big dudes with heavy weapons and a big backpack full of ammo. Usually part of the initial defence group then a message saying 'Incoming hostiles detected' happens and another one turns up.

Is that in a group of NPC's assisting or online folk playing?

Also, how do you summon assistance? I've answered many calls for assistance but if I'm in a dodgy situation on my own where I could use help, I'm not sure how to request assistance for another online gamer to join me to help? Only been playing for 2 weeks so still learning lots.

Enemy armour damage & Damage to elites

Is there a waiting list for either of the full squads?

Everyone I game with is in either of those and they are full, I bees loanlee.

Hi m8, can you elaborate on that? I'm an utter newbie at this, are those perks you need to build up or something?

Of course.

Damage to Elites is an attribute that can be found in multiple sources:

  • Talents - Hard hitting can roll on every piece of gear and grants 15% damage to elites
  • Brand Sets - Badger Tuff 1 piece, Overlord Armaments 3 piece - damage to elites
  • Gear - Every mask in the game can roll damage to elites as an attribute - some have quite a high %
  • Gear Mods - Offensive Firearm mods an roll damage to elites - low % however
  • Weapon Mods - C79 Scope, Low reflex sight, Compact Marksman Mag, Counter clockwise Tubular spring mag, Force feed .45 ACP mag, Special force 9mm mag, underbalanced integrated spring mag, Muzzle break .45 / 5.56 / 7.62 - all have DTE as a positive
So this stat specifically relates to orange bars and yellow bars and is a multiplicative off your base weapon damage. You can get very high %'s, well over 100% DTE which melts in PVE.

Enemy Armor damage currently can only be found on gear mods in a very low % but again, is another source of damage that goes against the armor bar of NPC's however it is such a small % that I wouldn't bother persuing it.

Personally for PVE, I try and have a balance between DTE & flat weapon damage sources.
