fantasy f1, we doing it?

Joined also, I gave up on the FantasyGP one last year after i got penalised for not using a complete team which was a bug! No recovery from that.
 
Just joined. Never done a fantasy F1 before, I'm normally terrible at football versions as I get too busy to update them throughout the season...
 
Mine worked out alright, although looks theres at least 1 bang for buck driver i missed.

The site is kinda guff. There's a lot of buggy stuff. If you open a driver's Player Profile there's no way to close it again. You have to close the whole window/tab and start over.
 
Do costings change week on week? I'm looking at other peoples team's but they're impossible to make with the budget?
 
Yeah, they do. You can actually increase your budget that way, eg. if you add a driver to your team when he's worth $5m but his value goes up to $6m you can then replace him with another $6m driver.
 
Oh great. Also found out about the "substitution" and "wildcard" thing. It doesnt physically stop you making more than one change, it just deducts 10 points per change after the first.

I really should read things more thoroughly ><

I don't think i'll be there for long. Alfa and McLaren reliability will see that I drop down the table soon enough i'm sure.
 
First 2 grand prix and almost all my drivers have either retired, crashed or finished P19 :mad:

Annoyingly, I created a second team for giggles (don't worry, you can only have 1 team in the league) and they're doing much better.
 
Left mine the same as race one, but made some adjustments today, maximised my budget but hopefully value goes up.
