Good Afternoon,

Couple of years ago I bought my gaming laptop in ebay , the guy who sold me the laptop gave me the cd for driver ( video audio and so on) .
The matter is when I moved house lost the cd and now can't reset the computer if there is no cd.
Someone can give me advice?

Cheers
B.

Hi and welcome to the forums,

Have you tried searching on the manufacturers website, you should be able to find all the required software there.

Was thinking to download before reset everything.... Mainly is to download the driver included mother card audio and 3d sorry no too much clue.

What manufacturer is it?

To be honest you don't need manufacturer-supplied drivers so much these days, because Windows can install a lot of them automatically.

What I don't get and never ask why he gave me the cd...ok was a laptop from ************...ask information to them and told me that they can't help me

You're unlikely to receive much help if you don't start addressing the questions people ask to try to obtain enough info to help. If you don't know the answer then say so and advice to find that out could be provided too.

i.e. What laptop brand/model is it? Have you searched the manufacturer's website for the drivers? Which Windows version is it?
