Good stag locations for brits in USA

Anyone got any ideas where is good to go but not vegas? my mate said boston maybe an idea? i want good night life nice meals out and 5 nights be good. Im not after some lads lads tacky magaluf style crap.

were all in our 30s and done to death the eastern european cheap weekends away, just want something different and more up market.

My choices would be

Nashville
Memphis
Miami
New Orleans
New York
San Fran - napa valley

Roughly in that order as well, I guess it depends what you are looking for. Boston is good for a night out and you could combine it with a couple of nights in NY as well
 
I have participated in three stag dos in the US :

1)Miami
2)New York
3)Vegas

Vegas was the best by far, and New York was pretty disappointing.
 
Have you been to Vegas Haz? You can do it in a non-tacky way but because all the fun is concentrated in one area, it's easy. There are shows, great restaurants, bars and clubs, shooting ranges with hundreds of choices of guns etc.

Otherwise, what about LA, or maybe Chicago?
 
Quebec city or Montreal both amazing cities, everything is within walking distance from the hotels or an uber ride.
