Any good holiday home recommendations UK?

Been to The Lakes a few times and maybe looking farther afield. Meeting up with my sister and family for a catch up but looking for somewhere different. Ideally with good attractions within an hours drive at most.

Kids are all 5 - 10, need to keep them all entertained too.

Any ideas?

I should have said, except Centreparcs! I could go abroad for the price of a week there. I'm sure it's great but still seems overly expensive especially during school holidays.
