As the title says we have a pretty large amount of pigeons nesting under our solar panels. Whats the best way to get the buggers out and keep them out. Im assuming what ever we do its going to be expensive? Thanks

I've seen installations that have a proper trim covering the gap between the roof and panels that matches the colour of the panels/frame so they must be available.

Stuff like bird spikes and chicken wire will just look awful, solar panels are not exactly athletically pleasing to begin with.

Edit:

Those are Tesla panels so US only but I have seen similar in the UK.

Live and let live. What harm are they doing?

:p

one of those immitation birds of prey / hawk on the ridge line ?

[bluetooth speaker ... Alexa/Siri do something useful and scare the birds]

Realistic looking rubber snakes. Throw a couple on the roof.

Or pay a company £300 to bird proof it which is what I did. I googled local companies and asked for a quote and went with the cheapest.
