O365 on RDS Unlicenced Product Issue

Just inherited this setup from my predecesor.

O365 ProPlus licences on a 2016 RDP setup. Working fine for the past few months without issue. As of yesterday all users are reporting that their Outlook etc won't function and are stating that they are in unlicenced mode. Shared Computer Activation is in place.

Lots of threads on Google but I've been through the possible options for fixing it, which include the signing into the portal.office.com with the relevant account but no change there.

Anyone else had experience of that here ?

Used to see this every so often and had to strip Office off the TS and re-install, haven't had to do this for a while though. It doesn't take long, worth a try.
 
Thanks for the reply guys

Used the registry key for shared computer activation.

Changed a 1 to a zero, restart. Change it back and login to o365.

Seems a common problem with no definitive fix.
