BIOS Update = E1

Hi,
Decided to update BIOS to 7002 on my ASUS HERO 6, now it will not boot, stops at E 1.
Tried putting the older BIOS on a usb drive and pressing the flashback button and it flashes for about 2 seconds and then stays lit but the pc is still dead? Can anyone help or is it dead?

I just got it back

I used disk parts to clear the usb drive then the rename exe to name the file and that sorted it, that was very stressful!

Have not been that stressed for some time, thought it was dead, did not even need to update. I would have had to wait till the x570 and the new CPU's come out as not spending on a 370/470. The flashback is very picky about the USB drive, I have done it before but must have used a different drive.

That update also bricked my ch6. Took me ages to get it to do a usb flashback.
