Few favourites off the top of my head :D

Jackie Chan

Project A
Drunken Master 1 and 2 (with II it has to be the original Cantonese version as the US dub ruined the audio)
Dragons Forever
Police Story 1 and 2
Armour of God 1 and 2

Jet Li
Fist of Legend
Fearless
Unleashed
Romeo Must Die
Kiss of the Dragon

Tony Jaa (all three of these are almost the same film :p)
Ong Bak 1 and 2
The Protector

Donnie Yen
All his IP Man films
SPL Killzone
Kung Fu Jungle
Flash Point
Iron Monkey if you like a classic

Random stuff
As mentioned above Raid 1 and 2 are brutal but have some excellent fighting.
Headshot (dude out the Raid in it)

(99% of the plots and acting are guff in the above but not why you watch Martial Arts flicks :p)

Prodigal Son is so funny, especially if you find the dubbed english version, you will cry with laughter.

I watched Kung Fury the other day, again I cried with laughter literally, some good fight scenes but mostly it's just ridiculous and retro homage, but i still found it amazing.

I also recommend most of those above as somehow I have seen nearly all of them somehow without being a kungfu film watcher in general.

wasn't that just a publicity stunt and they took the **** out of him later.
See this makes more sense, as the documentary was explaining that he lied about working with navy seals and the like and he would make up crazy stories about his training but infact got his ass kicked by jackie chan, or jean cluade van damme or something... i forget, but the main take away was he is a piece of **** and a liar

Steven seagal is a massive douche but a few of his earlier flicks are sort of ok, in a fighting way.

Nico, Out for justice , marked for death, under siege, above the law....after that they are mostly gash when he got fat.
