Worst penalty so far is for Spirit of Race. Losing 4 laps and then another 3minutes 8 seconds as a driver went past the 4 hours in the car in a six hour period. Went 19 minutes over the limit.

That team radio to #8 saying to keep pace sounds almost like they're considering playing team orders to give #7 the lead back. Lots of conspiracy theories flying around at the moment.
