Haha. Seriously though - to answer your question would require knowing a bit more about what you plan to use it for. Basically any DDR4 RAM will be compatible with that motherboard but it just depends what you intend to do with it. Are you just using the PC for gaming or for productivity as well? Do you intend to overclock your RAM?
Well, put simply if you don't plan to overclock at all you will be limited to 2133Mhz as your RAM speed, regardless of what memory you install. The speed you see advertised is the the highest speed it is guaranteed to run at, but the default setting is much lower.
You will definitely see a big increase in performance if you overclock it to 2666Mhz, and then an improvement (albeit a less noticeable one) if you go up to 3000Mhz or 3200Mhz. My own personal preference would be to go for 3000Mhz RAM and overclock it to that, or push it a bit higher if you can. If you buy higher quality RAM, your chances of being successful in overclocking it beyond its rating are generally improved.
In terms of how much RAM you need, for what you describe 8Gb would probably be *sufficient* but I would lean towards getting 2 sticks of 8Gb to make 16 total.
Obviously your RAM is the easiest part of your computer to upgrade or change. So if you find you don't have enough then you can just download add more.
No worries. Don't worry if you haven't done it before - overclocking your RAM doesn't need to be any more complicated than going into your Bios and enabling the XMP setting. 2 minute job.
