They're gona be like the Pascals, you'll be waiting 6+ months, you'll probably end up cancelling, and just grabbing a 30, as they'll be due out by the time you get these
If it ends like this, then I might cancel and wait for 5700XT aib board gpu

Cancelled mine, have at it guys.. Don't need it anyway, thinking of sticking with my 980Ti til next year or getting a cheaper 5700XT with the current £340 pricing deal for now.

Yes, because Gibbo (your friend, and definitely, I repeat, definitely, not a businessman) would not increase prices, or know anything about a price increase.

Well yes he s a businessman, but you don't make deals like this and then go back on them as that will just get your company a bad name. also its funny that he is on holiday so probably completely unaware that this has happened.
Somebody needs to send in a web note to the store to show what has happened, as it is wrong, either one way or the other.

well, if you’ve already got it ordered, you’ve got it for 475. If you don’t have it ordered then you’ve probably got a massive wait, so you might as well wait for AIB 5700xt reviews…

TLDR
Most other stores seem to still be holding the lower price, so I reckon somebody has made a boo boo.
