Rufus is indeed a great piece of software. I also use it very often.I told you, I <3 Rufus and would fully marry it sometimes.
So all sorted? Hope the new PC is up and running now.yeah, did that and it's working thanks to the rufus app via windows xp on parallels on the mac. It's the only boot usb method that's worked, after trying almost ten other ways and spending many hours process of eliminating.
haha, how i've missed pcseriously though, can't wait to get up and running properly on this new beast. I was editing in photoshop earlier on my 2011 mac and it was unbearably slow. I don't think the 3900x is going to suffer to much

yes, thanks. Have run a few benches / memory tests etc and all is working fine. Haven't had any crashes etc. Still got it on my living room table in an open case though - will install an additional ssd later and move it to a more permanent position
